Tereka Marsha Dunigan Stone was born on April 28, 1990, to Tranecee Stone and Morris Lane, Jr. She had a passion for art, painting, music, singing and spending time with her family.
Tereka was a graduate with honors from Chilton County High School in 2008 where she was awarded the principal’s Scholarship. She graduated college from university of Alabama in Birmingham in 2012 also as an honor student. She volunteered for community action Clanton, Alabama for four years while attending high school.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Adara Maylynn Borom; grandfathers, James Walter Dunigan and Al J. Stone; grandmother, Arlean Lane, and a special aunt, Jeanette Lane.
She leaves to cherish in her memory: her mother and father, Tranecee and Kenneth Stone; grandfather, Morris Lane, Sr; three grandmothers, Gertie (Luke) Dunigan, Patricia Davis, and Annie Stone; four sisters, Jalisa Jackson, Lakendria, Trinity and Tiffany Stone; one brother, Kenneth Elisha Stone; four uncles, James (Wahnita) Dunigan, Deon Stone, Sadaka and Henry Davis; four aunts, Sonya (Rick) Barksdale, Kendra (Lekeith) Williams, Luva (Larry) Milliner, Jovan Davis; one special cousin/ sister, Lekeshia Williams; three nephews, uncles, aunts, great-uncles, great-aunts, cousins, and family and friends.
