Roscoe S. Boykin, Jr., was born on May 21, 1957, to the late Roscoe Boykin, Sr., and Ernestine Boykin in Perry, FL.
He accepted Christ at an early age.
He was married to Jeanette Boykin, who also preceded him in death. Born to this union were two children, Terrance V. Boykin and Timeria Harper (Nathan Harper), and one grandson, Terrance V. Boykin, Jr.
Mr. Boykin is survived by: four brothers, Pierce Boykin of Tallahassee, FL, Charles (Paula) Mason Sr. of Vine Grove, KY, Donald (Michelle) of Orange Park, FL; Daniel (DeNaye) Lawson of Tallahassee and Ronald (Lisa) Taylor of Upper Malboro, Maryland.; five sisters, Martha Boykin of Perry, FL; Vanessa Mason of Atlanta, GA; Charlene Williams of Tallahassee, FL, Ella Mae Bell (Horace) of Madison, FL and Inda Gail Ajiwoye (Darasimi N Ope) of Jacksonville, FL; four grandchildren; two aunts, Dessie Ree Jackson and Jeanette Gillis, both of Brunswick, GA; a devoted cousin, Gregory Jackson of Jacksonville, FL; along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
