Pearlie Mae Johnson Sullivan was born to Ida Mae Johnson and Warren Johnson on November 16, 1930 in Stanton, Alabama. On that day, an honorable and serviceable child of God was born.
Pearlie joined Unity Baptist Church at an early age where she served the Lord faithfully. She was a caring and devoted mother. She was a woman of truth, strength, and bravery.
Pearlie was preceded in death by her parents, Ida Mae Johnson and Warren Johnson.
She leaves to cherish: James Thomas Johnson (Melba Johnson), Jesse James Sullivan, Alex Johnson, Marlon Brown, Walter Johnson (Shunta Johnson), Luther James Johnson, Jerry Dewayne Johnson (Jessica Johnson), Larry Johnson, Shelly Ann Bonner (Jimmy Jam); a loving sister, Susie Childs of Mobile, Alabama; one aunt, Betty Browder of Birmingham, Alabama; a special friend, Arlene Smith; a host of nieces and nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephew, grands, and great- grandchildren, relatives, and friends.
