Evangelist Jessie Nell Worthy Browder was born April 7, 1935 to the late Mr. and Mrs. Henry and Henrietla Worthy in Maplesville, Alabama.
On June 18, 2025 she was called home to be with the Lord, at he beautiful age of 90.
She attended Chilton County Training School. Later she attended Chilton County Trade School where she earned her trade as a Certified CNA. She confessed Christ at an early age at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church and later became a faithful and dedicated member of New Convert Baptist Church. She became a License Evangelist at 2nd Baptist Church in Las Vegas, Nevada.
She was a God fearing woman with an amazing love for the church. She was a wonderful mother, who was always there when her kids needed her the most. Offering support, wisdom, and love in abundance. A friend to many, she was a cherished member of her community. She was full of love, laughter, and resilience. She louched the lives of all who knew her.
She was proceeded in death by her parents Henry and Henrietta Worthy. One daughter Joann Handly. One son Tony Alison. Husband Emmett Browder.
She leaves to cherish her memories to four children. Two sons Frankie (Lori) Allison, and Kenneth Allison Sr. Two daughters Bertha Nell (Jessie) Jamerson, and Bonnie Gail Allison. One brother Jimmy Lee Worthy. 26 Grandchildren, 34 Great Grandchildren, 5 Great Great Grandchildren, Twvo special friends Maxine Lee, and Rena Bolding. A host of uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.
