Elizabeth Ann (Lykes) Spigner was born January 5, 1952, to Annie Delois Lee and the late Ode Caffee and Luther Edward Lee, Sr.
She was a beloved mother, daughter, sister, niece, cousin, and friend who touched countless with her radiant smile, generous spirit, and unwavering fun times were always had whenever she was around. From a young age,
Ann had an unbreakable spirit, an inspiring determination, and a compassionate heart that brought joy to everyone around her. Ann accepted the invitation of immortality on April 23, 2026.
Throughout her life Ann always loved and believed in God. She gave her life to Christ at an early age when she was a member of Hopewell Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of Bishop Larry and Theresa Sailes, whom she loved and adored dearly. She became a servant and faithful member serving on the Usher Board and Kitchen Committee.
Above all, Ann loved and cherished her family. Ann was preceded in death by her sons, Michael (Bonnie) Spigner and James Spigner; her dads, Ode Caffee and Luther Lee, Sr.; cherished sister, Annie Marie Lee; cherished brother, Paul (Norma) Lee; granddaughter, Janell R. Spigner; and best friend, Virginia Moore.
